Reviews and Ratings
While the hotel boasts beautiful scenery and a nice infinity pool, it does show signs of aging that detract from the overall experience. The location is somewhat remote, requiring shuttles to reach attractions, and the dining options leave much to be desired. On the upside, the staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay overall.
My stay was quite an experience. I encountered significant issues with cleanliness, particularly with bed bugs in my room, which completely ruined my vacation vibe. On the flip side, the dining options were decent, with some enjoyable meals. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the major cleanliness concerns and lack of responsiveness from the management.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, really enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool and the friendly front desk staff. The rooms were decent but starting to show some wear, and I found the dining options could use improvement. While it's a clean and nice place to relax, it's quite a distance from popular tourist spots, so keep that in mind. Overall, I would consider staying here again despite a few drawbacks.
I had a fantastic stay in the Laguna Suite Club Rooms, with stunning ocean views and top-notch amenities. The hotel provided an incredible experience with a well-appointed room and delightful surprises like a complimentary birthday cake. The only downside was the distance from the main shopping strip, but it was worth it for the peaceful atmosphere.
I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying some of the amenities like the jacuzzi and ocean views. The rooms were quite comfortable, but they felt a bit dated, and the housekeeping service was hit or miss. While the hotel is in a quieter location away from Tumon, it made dining out a bit tricky without a car. The restaurant offered good meals but was somewhat pricey, which might be a consideration for longer stays.
